Geoff was courteous and accommodating. when checking out he pointed out dome maintenance issues that will need to be addressed.

I have been coming to this store for over 18 years now. Have ALWAYS been treated with professionalism and in a friendly manner. This last time they went above and beyond helping me. Tires, oil changes, all have been done in a timely matter and right the first time! People you feel good about using! Thanks Pete!

Good service and honest

My car broke down at a Loaf n Jug across from a Big O Tires store. Looked on line, saw you sold batteries, did diagnostic checks. Walked to your store asking for help. One of the young men walked over, looked at my Jeep, brought a battery tester, figured it probably was a bad battery. He had another employee bring his vehicle to mine to jump start my vehicle. I drive it to your store, purchased a new battery, & within 1 hour I was all set with a running vehicle. The young man that helped me went out of his way to help me in my emergency. The young mechanic makn who replaced my battery was also very helpful. Both treated me with compassion & were very respectful & so helpful. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for those 2 guys who helped me. While waiting inside the store, when other customers came in or got their vehicle after being serviced, staff treated them very professional & were very nice.

While the appointment took longer than usual, the associate went over everything that was done, as well as pointing out some areas of concern and providing an estimate on the cost of addressing those concerns.

The salesman was understanding listening to my needs and suggested the right tires I needed. Great price very comparable to other tire shops. The service and integrity of the staff will keep me a customer. Friendly atmosphere was a big plus!

My wife got a nail in her tire so I brought the tire in to be patched. I was given a time to pick up the tire and it was ready when I got there. No issues or problems. Thank you!

Big O associate Jason Collins really took care of me. The tires came in a day early and he was great to call me and home and let me know if I wanted them earlier. I NEVER do surveys but I thought this guy was great. I'm 70 and "old school" and really appreciate this type of interaction which is rare these days. When I pulled up to the store and walked in he said "hello mr. watson" I said how the heck did you know it was me (we had never met) . he said it was the car make. so basically he is smarter and more service oriented than typical service employees many who don't really care about the customer. he was knowledgeable about the tires I was buying. I also met two of the techs who worked on my truck and they were also super personable. aside from the great service, expertise and competitive pricing i liked that it is walking distance to sams, texas roadhouse, loaf and jug, starbucks (and even a pot dispensary) so the time flew by since I did a little shopping then relaxed in the Big O waiting area. tire purchases can kill a day; in this case I felt big o was really efficient and I was in and out and left happy with new tires. john watson 7192715735
