Big O Tires

Employees seem annoyed or stressed. This has occurred the last couple of times. The waits seem longer (even with an appointment).

All my new tires are Big O. Good products, good price.

prices compare favorably to stores such as Discount Tire for tires and services however prices for alignment and other services may be higher but they will price match other shops thus I did get an alignment done there. I would definitely go back to Big O.

I had a sudden brake problem that I needed addressed. Despite there being no service appointments available on Monday, I dropped my car off before the store opened. I called shortly after the shop opened, and Caeser worked promptly to get the work underway. My brakes were repaired, along with oil change, rotation, and alignment completed that same day. The quality of service and care of Big O is why both of our vehicles are regularly serviced there.

You all did well. I thought you forgot the lock nut for the wheels, but you didn't. I apologize. My mistake and lack of knowledge.

I’ve been going there for about 6 years and they are always honest and very helpful with me for my car! Some things are a little pricey but it’s worth it to have people you trust!

I came in for a check engine light, Big O said I had like 12+ codes and they were not equipped/experienced with all them. They recommended a repair shop near me where I got them fixed. I than returned to Big O and got a tune-up, tire rotation, coolant flush, oil change and inspection. When I picked up my car check engine light was on they checked it, it was gas cap. Cleared code and no issues since. I returned home and 2 days later I went to an appointment (first time driving car since getting the work done) I noticed my tires were not rotated, called them up and got an appointment asap in the AM and they got it done lick-a-dee quick. For me that is customer service. They offered no excuses but a solution to the issue and expediency to resolve it. When a company knows that issues will arise from time to time it is how they resolve them is what sets them above the rest. Big did that for me, big thumbs up!

Just went to check how the no credit worked and drove away with new tires. The whole process was easy.

Guys did an excellent job and we're very knowledgeable about the service being provided
