Big O Tires

Big o did a good job on my van. Matt was great to work with. One of my brand new tires was defective and they got it all fixed up no problem. They also did a decent job on the alignment.

Nothing sold that we didn't need. Priced well. Veterans discount. Speedy. Good communication.

I can not explain how AWESOME the entire staff was !! They got me in, ordered the parts i needed, explained in detail what needed to be be done to fix my truck. They scheduled me a time. on the day of I brought my truck in and dropped it off. they provided me transportation by taking me home and picking me back up when it was done. IN SHORT FREAKING AWESOME!

Tires rotated & battery tested. Battery required replacement, but they did not have one on the shelf. Therefore, I went to a provider who had what I needed & installed it on the spot.

They always take care of us in a timely professional manner whether it’s a scheduled visit or spontaneous need.

Mail in rebate form should have been included in paperwork package.

90% satisfied. The other 10% would of easily come if they would of sold me the tires they had in stock at the Colorado springs location. Instead they said they couldn't sell them to me unless I had them mounted by big o. Very unsatisfied with that response because they were for my side by side which was down with a flat on the side of the mountain 75 miles away. They could have made my day off I would have been able to get the tires I needed and allowed to mount them myself. I will go elsewhere for my UTV tires now.
