The female who does the brakes on my car is awesome! She did the front brakes over a year ago. I brought the car in for the back breaks recently and she said they were still good. I appreciate her expertise and and honesty. The Mercedes Benz dealerships overcharge for any services and could have possibly said I needed rear brakes just to make money and rip me off. I do not trust any Mercedes Benz dealerships. Great job!

WOULD HAVE LIKED A RIDE TO MY DESTINATION LESS THAN A MILE AWAY, BUT TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH HELP. I HAD TO CROSS 6 LANES OF TRAFFIC WITH NO TRAFFIC LIGHT OR SIDEWALKS. NO OTHER COMPLAINTS.

The staff are attentive, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Always feel positive when I leave the store.
