Very helpful.

Fit me in on an emergency flat tire. Honesty on fact that it could be repaired if I needed it. Honesty that tire worn badly and not worth fixing. Set of 4 new tires at a very reasonable price. On my way in just over an hour. Wonderful!

Every time I go they recognize me and call me by my name. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I had to come back to get help with my steering wheel adjustment and they helped me. I love coming here. They saved me a trip to Springs by replacing my headlight bulb.

Regarding the last survey question, it should be re-worded. I would have voted No based on the wording, but I was otherwise satisfied with everything. Great staff

They were fairly busy and I only needed a tire rotation. They performed the service quickly. It seems to me in the past there was a drinking fountain--not this time. Also, there once was a refrigerator with water in it--not this time. I was a little disappointed because it was a hot day and the coffee was not hot and there was no water.

Every time I go into Big O Tires I am greeted immediately with smiles and "hi how you doing today" I am treated with respect I have some knowledge of cars and they listen to my concerns and they can go off what I tell them to figure out what I am needing for my car
