Sales Associate De'Lonna Archuleta was OUTSTANDING. She made my visit and experience positive. Finding the right replacement tire for OOS items, communicating the costs and time frames, and setting up a shuttle so I would not have to wait for the tires to arrive. Traveling from Louisiana to Denver we had flat tire Friday evening. Due to the special kindness from young gentleman we encountered at a station in Trinidad friday and the great crew at Big O in Pueblo Saturday morning we were on our way with hardly a hitch to our vacation. The tire was repaired professionally, quickly and then offered at no charge. Thanx so much to Matt & the team at Big O, Pueblo!

We have been doing business with the Pueblo, CO Big O store for several years. Every experience has been more than satisfactory from purchasing new tires, to free rotations, to fixing flats, and replacing brake pads. Brian, Paul, and the rest of the crew go out of their way to make sure you are pleased. We enjoy taking in cookies or pizza to say thank you to everyone for the great customer service. The waiting area was recently redone and is very comfortable. We recommend this store highly.

Very friendly and helpful

Getting tires is what they do best. I found a tire t I was looking for and at a great price! The problems they found with my brakes and struts was a great find but highly overpriced. We got that work done with our mechanic for much cheaper than Big O quoted. It pays so shop around!

Chris recommended a tire based on road conditions we typically travel. There were only 2 in stock, and I originally was going to purchase 2 tires but decided to go ahead and get 4. I went this afternoon for the other two and again, received exceptional service (Chris was helping another customer, but another gentleman took care of me, but I did not catch his name). Awesome job guys!! Keep up the great service!!

This time all I went in for was a tire rotation. I got in and out simply and in good time.
