I came to the Pueblo location, and was greeted by Paul. My vehicle had smoke coming from the engine and had leaked out all of its antifreeze, I explained my situation and was assured they would be able to help me out. I mentioned I was going to take a taxi back home, and was offered a ride home. To me that is amazing customer service. I was so pleased my cars issue was resolved and I felt valued. I really appreciate the service at your Big O location. Thank you a million times. AMAZING.

Kenneth was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and the cost. I was able to use the shuttle so I could leavey car while I went to work. I am very happy with the service. My car drives so much better!

I purchased tires a couple of months ago and today I needed my brakes replaced.

Had tire sensors showing low. They checked tires for leaks, sensors for proper function, and inflated tires. All for free! Excellent service and friendly employees.
