Awesome, was pressed for time and they were able to get my oil change done along with tire rotation. Just before closing.

I was approached to explain service needed very quickly and the car was taken in almost immediately. I was told the approximate time the service would require. A service person called me as soon as the car was ready. There was no charge to pay.

Everyone was very helpful to get me on my way to my destination.

Big O has no choice than to raise prices to meet the current market demand. They cannot operate and lose money. I understand that. That is the only reason I was not extremely satisfied with the cost of a wheel alignment. Nevertheless, the service I received was great.

I needed snow tires for my car asap! The service advisor told me they had none in stock it would be the following day that he would have them, less then 24hrs he called me back and said they where there. The reason I’m extremely satisfied with this store in Pueblo is for several reasons, (1) Communication, throughout the whole process the service writer stayed in constant communication with me throughout the whole service of my vehicle (2) after the installation of my tires and the alignment on my vehicle I had no vibration at highway speed‘s it’s a smooth ride my steering wheel straight and there is absolutely no drift and the main reason why I’m completely satisfied is that I didn’t have to play phone tag and Call the store several times before someone answered Or to check and see if my tires arrived.

They are ALWAYS so accommodating when I have an issue. My car was making a "rattling" noise while driving on I-25 on my way home from work, so I knew I could stop at Big O on the way and have it looked at. OMG! Another few miles and my engine could have blown. I had a totally busted water pump. . . EEEK. They had it fixed and ready to roll the next day. Thanks Big O in Pueblo, CO

I live in Canon City and since I was blessed with a leaky tire in Pueblo, having an alternative away from my home. You saved me so thank you. The free flat fix and tire rotation, etc. are reasons I consider Big O my one stop tire store. In the last 10 years, I have purchased five sets of tires at Big O and I'd do it again. Good work on design of a good product.
