Big O Tires

Need more front service personnel but still pleased.

Website was easy to use and look up my tire size. I ran a quote and scheduled an appointment which did not take long.

Brought my truck in to get my 22"s balanced. did a great job. I was worried about the chrome getting damaged. The salesman assured me that they would take great care to not damage the wheels. Got wheels back in perfect condition. Thanks You

At first I was not happy as I needed a tire repair and had made the appointment on line to be told they don't take appointments for tire repairs. Since the option was on the website, it should have been an option in person. However, they explained the process and said they would take care of my tire as soon as they could. They were very polite, courteous and professional. They said it would take about an hour and a half to get my car in and the repair done. It was actually 30 minutes and it was completed. Legendary Service!
