Took my car in because I found a nail in the tire. These are original tires bought on a new vehicle, not bought at Big-O. They repaired at no cost. This is why I will always choose Big-O for all my tire needs, and have done so for the last 15 years!

I have been to the Pueblo store many times with low tire issues. I have always been treated with respect by your staff.

They explained everything to me and answered all my questions until they were certain I understood. I liked that there were no surprises.

Did a great job on ford explorer alignment. Will return to get new tires for 2002 firebird.

I liked the way the people explain the different type of tires in the size I was looking for also the cost the warranty and performance, they also explain the alinement issues I had and how it would affect the life of the tires

Gary located a specific set of Goodyear tires for me and had them in the store the same day. New tires and new shocks installed promptly on my Sport Trac. Quite pleased. Returning soon for new tires on my wife's Suby Outback. Thanks much, Gary.
