Big O Tires

2 things: Before they began work, I requested they take a picture of my screen (high tech stuff) and after they were finished with labor etc. they return the screen to exactly as I turned it over to them. That was not done. I'm old and not tech knowledgeable. It takes me forever to get the screen back to how I had it. That was disappointing. 2ndly: When purchasing my new tires, they didn't bring up the 1yr. alignment possibility. It was only my inquiring that I found out, I could add it for an additional $109. That is big, to add that service.

The sale yep Liz Stoltz took the time to explain all the details and keep me fully up to date on the progress.

Wonderful service and gave me a free rotation even though I didn't buy my tires there.

I went in for a wheel alignment and was unfortunately met with a rack and pinion issue. I was distraught but Liz at this location was so considerate and kind. Chad then told me he did not feel comfortable letting me drive it so I had to leave it there but that they were able to give me a ride. I opted to call my grandma instead so she felt better but life had other plans. On her way to come get me from the store, she had a tire blow out and was stranded. Chad did something so unexpected I will always vouch for Big O. Not only did Chad take me to my grandma, but he took a technician and air pump to help my grandma even though the shop should have been closing. Car problems are never fun but Chad, Liz, and Jeff, put me at ease knowing it was in good hands.
