Everyone there was so friendly and helpful, amazing customer service from start to finish. Was able to get me in with little to no wait and completed my services very quickly. I LOVED the health report with included pictures. Team member even assisted me to my car with my groceries! Everyone there has great customer service skills and really go above and beyond.

I had ran against a curb or going to work in the snow. It peeled back part of the rim on my tire which I was surprised that it even held air. I had a full-size spare tire but I didn't have a jack, so I went out and bought a floor jack, and I could not break the lug bolts loose with my four-way lug wrench so I know I needed an impact wrench to take that off and put my spare on. I'm an armed security operator that works less than a 2-minute walk from Big O tires. They work me right in they told me to take about 45 minutes called them in about an hour and a half and it was sitting there ready.

Big O has great customer service. All employees were very respectful and pleasant. Their store has a clean and comfortable waiting area. This is the type of family owned business that you can trust and recommend to all your friends and family. Will continue to use them for our tire and alignment needs.

The young man knew what I needed for my vehicle. He was very helpful and I knew that I would always use Big O Tires for all of my tires and other services that they offer. I just wish that there were more of them. I travel a lot and I would perfect to use Big O Tires for the car of my vehicle!

My oil change was really quick, and my car is running great.

Friendly staff, good communication, pre-work estimate provided. Had to wait on one serpentine belt but service done quickly and as promised.

We bought our Big O tires earlier this year and have been completely satisified with them and going in to have them rotated is quick and easy.
