Great will be back

We were heading south back to New Mexico when our boat trailer's tire started to disintegrate. Even though we arrived 5 minutes before closing, they were very gracious, accommodating, friendly, and professional in getting us back on the road. We only wish they were located near our town to keep going back to them!! Praise God for Charlie Sims and the Pueblo Big O Tire crew!

It was a special specific problem that was trying to be fixed. Although they worked on it extensively including a new part, the fix did not work. They did not charge anything to me.

I was very pleased with all the work performed on my vehicle. The staff was courteous, helpful and knew what they were doing. They were also very accomodating. I won't take my Durango anywhere else.

We were on our way home to Canada for a family emergency and asked if we could get our flat tire changed as fast as possible. We had no appointment. The service was wonderful. In and out in 45 minutes. Thankyou

I have been a customer for 7+years I've always had good service. I had big O tires that lasted a long time. I like the online photos and descriptions of my vehicle. I don't feel like I've been taking advantage of and I will continue to be a customer for many years I also have a big O credit card

All my vehicle service is done here. Always great service and over the years it is a business that I can trust their work and suggestions for needed repairs.

Staff was friendly and knew what they were explaining. Getting an appointment was easy. I am visiting Pueblo so could not go to my home store.

We've been taking our vehicles to Brian and his team for years. Great service, great prices, great team.

We had a flat tire repaired while we waited. We had no prior appt. but they still fixed the tire in less than an hour. The intake staff were very friendly and considerate of our time.

You can always depend on fast, courteous service at a fair price. From men who know their job, their products, and really understand old time customer service. I drive from Walsenburg for the comfort of knowing the job will be done on time and correctly. Thank you Brian, Chad, Matt and crew!

Customer service is always the best everytime I come in am treated like a valued customer .staff is so warm and welcoming. I don't have to work about them screwing up my car like other places in Pueblo

I recently went in for an oil change and rotation, awesome Service. Approximately 6 months ago I thought I needed a alignment and I was told alignment was not needed. Thank you for being honest!!!
