My tires i selected on line had to be ordered. The order came in on time and I was able to keep my original appointment.

We were way out of town - traveling from the Olympic Peninsula in WA state to Carlsbad NM when one of the tires on our 5th Wheel Trailer went flat - the Big O Tire in Pueblo CO was recommended to us at a truck stop - we went there & they took us in right away, found 2 cracks in the rim (that was only 18 months old - what appeared to be a manufacturing defect from Les Schwabb) - & got us back on the road in record time with a rim replacement - excellent service & greatly appreciated - thank You Very Much!

I went in without an appointment and the young man was extremely professional. He had my tire fixed in a very timely manner. When I went back to get my tire it was repaired. I gave him a small gratuity and he said he was going to give it to the technician who fixed the tire. I said it was for him but he should at least split it because he was who I felt very comfortable how he treated me. I thanked him and left so don't know what he did after I left. I am 77 years old and have lived in Pueblo for over 25 years. He said he has been with you since last August so I recommend you keep this young man because there are not many like him in this day and age. I think he told me he came from Discount Tire when I asked him. My comment to that is that it is their lose and your gain. I hope all of you stay healthy and safe. Thank you for your service because I know the difference of how you treat people and he was excellent with me.

Quick easy great communication job done well

My radiator blew out on the expressway. I pulled into your store and the employees immediately examined my vehicle to diagnose the problem. There was no charge as they didn't have access to the parts to fix it. They were attentive, professional and you should be proud to have them as employees.

Employees are always helpful friendly and knowledgeable.
