Charlie was very helpful and efficiently arranged to get the tires rotated on my vehicle.

ERROR ON THE OIL CHANGE WAS CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY AND FAIRLY

They were slammed with work and they fit my car into their tight schedule. They went the distance. They could offer some print out schedule for customers, to know what kind of service for X amount of miles to do. That is always helpful. Also, they could offer other services a little bit more. But excellent service! Great Job!

Cameron was helpful on the phone. He received the tires I wanted in a timely manner. They were available to me the next day. Possibly available that same day but I didn't check until the next day. Ken was knowledgeable about the work being performed and kept me updated throughout my stay. Ken educated me on the wear and conditions of inspected items. Even though nothing required immediate attention, Ken gave me an idea of when I could expect to address the items. Cameron and Ken were both very helpful and very friendly.

Very busy day at the shop when I stopped by but they made sure I knew they saw me and told me someone would be with me as soon as possible. Always great service. I love how they stand behind their tires and back their warranties. For this I will be a returning customer.

While searching tires, associate made good correspondence over the phone and made contact with a return phone call. Made tires i needed with a time frame and gave me a price.

Very friendly, wrong part was delivered and they gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait for hours since I could not get a ride home at that time. The price was fair, service great, staff friendly and we have done business with you with multiple of our vehicles and will continue to return.
