Big O Tires

Every time I go in to Big O, I always receive the best service and help. I have never had a problem with this store trying to add on services I don't need and they are always willing to diagnose a problem I think my car might have.

Fixed flat. Service was fast.

I called ahead of time to see how long it might take to get a tire plugged and they got me in fast and in half the time. Plus it was a huge bolt in my tire so I was very grateful they were still able to plug it

Went in and expected the worst. Tire purchases seem to be such a hassle but Pueblo Big O, Gary (our service rep), and the owner were amazingly helpful and attentive during our visit making it as low stress as possible. With their very helpful 100 days same as cash offer and their Big O brand tire discount we walked out feeling very relieved and thankful that we went in. To top the deal this store was very family oriented and excepted and entertained our rugrats who of course have a hard time sitting for a long amount of time. Thank you Gary and the owner for your utmost care with our service and thank you to the techs in the back who did the service! Love the Big O big foots and will definitely use this for all of our tire and service needs! :)

Always easy to set an appointment and drop my vehicles off. Staff are always real courteous and speedy.

The guys are great and care about all our vehicles and trailers. Their new remodel looks FANTASTIC! It is a little weird with so many service desks, hard to know where to step up to or stand in line for help.

I’ve been going there for my vehicle maintenance for over 5 years! I’ve never had a problem or had to worry about anyone trying to tell me I needed work done when I don’t! I think that is admirable and I will continue to go there! I trust them and they’re always good to me!
