Was in and out quick without troubles

I usually go to Big O in Elizabeth and I’ve been pretty pleased going there and now I will be going to Big O in Pueblo.

I changed my tire dealings from a competitor to Big O and I am always glad I did. My recent low tire was taken care of quickly, and the staff is always friendly.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Great repair price.

Came in for a scheduled oil change. They were very busy but was taken care of immediately. They said it would be one hour"� But only took around 30 minutes! Was completely pleased with the professionalism and speed!

Very friendly & polite employees, both in store & shuttle service I needed. My car needed rack & pinion steering installed, I'm very pleased with how quickly product was made available. My 2003 Toyota Avalon drives like new .

The people and service at Big O in Pueblo, Colorado is always excellent. They are honest with us and never try to take advantage of us, just because we are mother and daughter and don't know a lot about vehicles. They seem to be looking out for us and out safety. I had the brakes replaced on the front of my vehicle a few months prior to the rear ones. They checked the front ones and noticed that they were already wearing and not only replaced them, but upgraded to a higher quality for me. I won't go anywhere else.

I have been a customer of Big O Tires since 2005 and I've always been very satisfied with the products and service they have always, and continue to provide. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I feel like I get good prices and good service. The waiting room is small, but comfortable.

The person that helped me was Jeff he did an amazing job great customer service. Answered all my questions and concerns also kept in contact to let me know where they were on the car and about how much long amazing place. Everybody there was great and very welcoming made you feel like you were at home. The waiting room was well taking care of coffee made and water was offered. Not very many place would do stuff like that so I would be a continuing customer there. And will definitely recommend friends and family there also. The alignment was done in a timely manner. I was a drive-up customer, no appointment.

I was able to make an appointment during the time frame I wanted. Customer service was outstanding. My vehicle was finished ahead of schedule. Thanks for doing a great job.
