Brought my truck in for the 5,000 mile tire rotation. Ask if an oil change could be done within an acceptable timeframe and was told that the rotation and oil change would take 1 hour. I came back in an hour and the truck was ready. No problems or issues. A pleasant visit. Thank you!

Big O associate Jason Collins really took care of me. The tires came in a day early and he was great to call me and home and let me know if I wanted them earlier. I NEVER do surveys but I thought this guy was great. I'm 70 and "old school" and really appreciate this type of interaction which is rare these days. When I pulled up to the store and walked in he said "hello mr. watson" I said how the heck did you know it was me (we had never met) . he said it was the car make. so basically he is smarter and more service oriented than typical service employees many who don't really care about the customer. he was knowledgeable about the tires I was buying. I also met two of the techs who worked on my truck and they were also super personable. aside from the great service, expertise and competitive pricing i liked that it is walking distance to sams, texas roadhouse, loaf and jug, starbucks (and even a pot dispensary) so the time flew by since I did a little shopping then relaxed in the Big O waiting area. tire purchases can kill a day; in this case I felt big o was really efficient and I was in and out and left happy with new tires. john watson 7192715735

Ken was great. I selected tires online and he promptly called to let me know my selection wasn't available but we discussed what I was looking for and he directed me to another set that were actually a better deal (better warranty and slightly cheaper) and could be in the next morning. It says a lot to me that he was interested in my customer satisfaction over their profit. He also helped me prioritize some work that needed to be done to help me stay on budget. I continue to have great service here!

We became aware of a tire on my father's car that was leaking air slowly, we choose Big O tires because I know there capabilities of there business being a former Auto Tech for Big O that they could do repair and not tear the rim up getting it done they did the repair in good time and am very appreciated that they were very punctual bout it I am taking another flat tire to them on Tuesday that another shop wouldn't fix they said nothing wrong with it but I can see the nail in it so I am taking it to Big O to be done right!!

I stopped only to have my tire repaired, but left knowing that when it is time to replace my tires--- I will go to Big O! Geoff helped me, and he was awesome!

Service was done to my satisfaction. Just need to work on the length of time for oil change and tire rotation. I did have them check for one tire leak, but 2 1/2 hours is too long to wait in this service. Hoping for better results next time.

I have going to this location for years. They are always friendly, provide great service at a great price. I love that I can get service on my vehicle as well as my tires at the same time.

I believe I may have selected the wrong option. Highly satisfied implies I had no issues, but that is not the case. I brought my own tires to be mounted and balanced and told the guy at the desk I also wanted a 4 wheel alignment. He gave me the total price and I handed my keys to him. After having my car for two hours they called and told me they were unable to get my car aligned because they could not attach the alignment sensors to my wheels? I was not charged for the alignment but I now have to take my car elsewhere for an alignment.
