I went in Wednesday morning, to have a tire fixed and the oil changed. They were fast and very friendly. Thank you very much.

Went for an alignment the assistant manager was very informative. Gannon was very helpful and informative as well would definitely reccomend this shop thank you for making my g37 safe to drive again

Picked up a large nail while on a trip. Staff was exceptional! Had me back on the road in 20 minutes, no charge. Awesome people, so friendly!

Ken's communication with me was great, he let me know what was going on and kept checking on me till my vehicle was finished. Ken explained the tire wear and let me know to keep an eye on the tire.

I love these guys. They know their stuff and got my emergency brake fixed and found a bad tire on my rig. They installed the spare correctly on my RV better than any of the other RV or tire store I have used since I owned my RV. I will use this store again and again. This is the first time I have used Big O and am impressed.

Didn't have an appointment but they still managed to fill me in on a Saturday and to make matters worse it was late and pretty close to closing time. Highly appreciate it 🙏

great service and was very fast top quality

I bought some Toyo tires and were delivered within a couple of days. The alignment was off when I got it back. The steering wheel was crooked after the alignment check. The next day I got an alignment for free even though I would have paid for it. Thank you Ken.
