I just ordered a replacement wheel for a street rod along with a set of 4 new tires. The wheel I replaced had some bad chrome and the new one needed to match the others. These guys got it exactly right and mounted the tires and balanced them keeping the exposed face clean.

Dan runs the best Big O Tires franchise on the I-25 corridor. His staff is friendly, competent, communicate clearly and make me feel valued as a customer. I'll drive 90 miles from home just to access Dan's teamwork. Thanks!

They diagnosed a vibration issue we thought was a bent/warped rim and found the other shop did not balance the tires when purchased 2 days before. They promptly took care of the issue and filled with Nitrogen. Should have gone to them in the first place. I do always have great service at the Pueblo shop.

Friendly and reliable service

I was traveling back to Texas from a week long stay in Littleton and stopped at Pueblo for breakfast where on exiting the car, I smelled burning oil. I checked the dipstick and the car had leaked all its oil. So I drove over to BigO Tires who where happy to assist me and worked on the car right then and there. They had me back on the road in just over an hour; after identifying the problem, fixing it - all at a very reasonable price. I cannot thank BigO Tires for their help in our journey home.

Our tire on our boat trailer blew I had my wife and our dog and cat with me on our way for boating. We drove from Denver and were going to Front Garland to a lake there. I explained this to your employees they were great they were able to replace our tires quickly. Big O Tires will be our place for tires every time we need them. When I called to schedule my appointment, Kenneth was very helpful trying to find me the best tires that would work for my vehicle. When I arrived, Dora was very friendly to get me checked in and also gave me a shuddle ride home, while I waited for my new tires and alignment.
