Big O Tires

Have been using our local Big O tires store for years.It is a great place and I am seldom disappointed.If anything should go awry they are quick to step up and resolve the problem.Very professional.

Friendly, got me in even if it took an hour and half. They could of said no.

I was in Pueblo on business from Colorado Springs. I had just exited I25 at Eagleridge and decided to grab a bite to eat. Seeing how bust the Burger King was I decided to turn around and then my SUV died. I walked across to the Big O and spoke with Geoff, told him about the problem. He quickly checked to see if there was a battery in stoke that would fit,. Luckily there was he went and got a tech to come across the street and replace the battery. After the replacement the vehicle would crank but wouldn't start. So off he goes to recruit more help! So now there are 5 guys from the store pushing my SUV back out of traffic around the corner where another one of the tech was there with his pick up and a tow strap to pull my SUV to the store and check it out. Long story short it turned to be the battery on my key fobe that was dead and it was supposed to be a safety measure for the vehicle. The bottom line is this is one the of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, they went way above and beyond. You don't find customer service like that every day. Excellent job fella's

I like it I got a nail on my tire and they fixed with the insurance, i recommend to get insurance with them you don't have any problem with them

Dora, Geoff, liz, kenny, anf theres one more im missing. BUT THEY WERE ALL SO HELPFUL AND NICE. I drove all the way from Gainesville FL and ended up unfortunately getting a flat tire. Ironically and fortunately enough the crew at big o tire really made being there the best part of my day.
