Kenny was exceptionally professional as usual. I usually ask for Kenny when myself or my son come in for services related to my family's vehicles. He has always treated us with respect and been straight forward with us. The service provided at this location has always been above and beyond. This is why my family's vehicles are only serviced here. This store has some great employees in the service area as well. They always take the time to explain everything. Thanks for a great experience and keep up the great work.

Always prompt and fast service. Snow tire swap with regular tires on car. Tires taken off car are put into heavy plastic bags.

AUSTIN STOLTZ WAS A FANTASTIC HELP. HE GOT MY MAZDA IN ASAP. THERE WAS A PROBLEM SO I COULD NOT GET THE ALIGNMENT THAT I NEEDED. The staff are always friendly and they communicate well about what is needed for the vehicle. They are always busy doing their jobs and try to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible.

They are Great!: I was on my way back from school last Friday around 5:15 pm, and as usual Big O wasgetting there last minute rush. I walked I and was called by name, I ask if I could get an oil change and they took me in on the.spot. They rotated my tires, gave me my oil change and winterized my vehiclepromtly.
