Big O Tires in Pueblo is by far the BEST car repair experience I have ever had.

They are short staffed. But other then that I was very impressed. They even got my car in 30 minutes early and my car is running well. thanks

After a rocky start with you 2 years ago we have been return customers ever since. We do oil changes, tires, with you. Pete was friendly and knowledgeable. I don't even price shop anywhere else. Your prices are competitive but customer service is fantastic. Keep it up and we will be lifetime customers. We have have purchased tires for 4 different vehicles.

Very friendly. They explained everything that was going on with my car. Everyone of those guys took so much pride in their jobs. I left very happy. Even though I'm on a fixed income, it was worth it!! Thank you Big -O!!!

It was time for an oil change plus I had a low tire pressure light that would not go out. I dropped off the car, went across the parking lot for breakfast and when I returned the oil change, tire rotation and a tire repair were complete. Turns out I had a nail in one tire that was causing the low pressure problem. Appreciate the great service!

Well I didn't have to wait they got the job done in ample time with no charge because I purchased my tires there at that location I will be back for my next set thank you

Always had a good experience here at this location and overall with Big O Tires. I was a bit shocked at the price, however I just assumed it’s with all pricing as going up.

The very BEST sevice, with a smile!: I have been coming to this store for almost 20 yearsnow.I am always treated with much respect, and the technicians are friendly and knowlegable. Occasionally I bring my loving Rottweilers with me.This store is the greatest! All of the people that work here are very nice and very hard workers. I am usually here for no more than 20 -25 minutes. Good tires, decent amount of time, not a bad price either and the employees were very friendly to me while I was waiting.
