I used to go to Valvoline to get my car serviced, but frankly, they make me feel a bit weird, so I'm super glad that there's a Big O here in Pueblo. Truth is, Big O has shown my husband and me some amazing customer service no matter where we are, so going here for an oil change was a no-brainer, really. Specifically, I'd like to point out Charlie's Kung-Fu skills behind the counter. He answered the phone when I called to make an appointment and he took care of the transaction when my vehicle was all done, and each interaction was done with professionalism, kindness and efficiency. Great people there at the Pueblo, CO location. Thanks for the great service!

The team was confident and reasonably quick

I asked if your store offers a ROTATE AND BALANCE ONLY package for my vehicle that i just bought. I am really attentive when it comes to vehicle maintenance and want to maintain the tires that are on the vehicle i just bought. I was told that the only way that they would be covered for free R&B's was if i have a "BIG O TIRES" credit card. I do understand the policy but for those of us that dont have one, it would be nice to have an option to make a one time purchase that would cover R&B's for at least a year. I'll continue to give my business to you but thought i would make this suggestion because it would be nice to have the peace of mind for the R&B's. In conclusion, job very well done on the R&B that i had done.
