I was very pleased to have my tires done at your place. I called in, was 5 minutes away and they said they could squeeze me in which they did! I was back on the road to Denver within the hour. Thanks!

I had gotten a quote at another company and when I got there to drop off my vehicle, they doubled the price from 3 months prior. I left and went straight to Big O and asked if they could give me a quote for the work that was quoted at the other place. They were not comfortable quoting on something they hadn’t checked themselves. They asked if I could leave it for them to check out and give an accurate quote. I left it and they called a couple hours later with a quote. They had found a couple other issues and the quote was higher then I could afford so they took off things that could wait a little longer and gave me another quote. I was pleased with the amount and left it there for the work. They had it finished by the end of the next day and it was a lot of work with the front end. They also kept it until I was able to get back into town to pick it up.

Traveling from Albuquerque to Saratoga, Wy I discovered I had a leaking valve stem on a rear tire. I went to Big O at 8AM on Monday and they had it fixed by 8:45. I appreciate the fast efficient and quality service, and they only charged me for the valve stem.:)

I had an urgent situation, and Ken checked our vehicle immediately. He checked all our tires and made proper adjustments. He explained the potential problem. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and thoughtful, and he did not even charge us.
