I called Big O Tire in Pueblo, due to the fact that I had been to the Big O Tire in Colorado Springs and had excellent service! Pueblo's office did not lower that excellence! I talked with Charlie and he was more than helpful; he was courteous, kind and extremely helpful when needed! I know for a fact that if the other technicians at Big O Tire in Pueblo have that same attitude, that my service would be above reproach! And they did not disappoint me!! Would I recommend them? You bet I would!

The service was fast and friendly. I also really liked the text message with the results of examining my car. It made me aware of a couple of issues that I wasn’t even aware of.

The serendipity came when the their computers froze. They couldn't function so, they sent me off without charging me. wow! What a surprise!
