Big O Tires

The very best. My wife swears by them. Great! My wife and I went to get oil changes this past weekend at separately times.

I always take my crv to this Big O and they help me with my needs and are able to explain what things are.

Customer Service was great! I believe the gentleman that helped me was Pat. He explained everything to me and was awesome to deal with. Thanks guys!

Cesar Ayala Great guy, had a flat in wife’s car they were closing at 6PM. The guys waited till I got there at 6:10PM WIFES car Luxus sport hard to get tires Cesar ordered from Springs car was ready at 9AM. WOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Gary assisted me with a great deal on buy 3 get 1 tire free for my son's jeep liberty. He was very friendly, helpful, and educated me on the nitrogen in tires. Very Friendly, courteous, clean establishment, explained problem with my tire, did not charge for a tire repair, balance and rotation, just said to come back! I observed the technicians explain and help customers with their problems. There are not many businesses out their with this level of customer service! 10 Stars 1

Friendly and professional staff and great customer services

I went to them on a Saturday after a front driver side flat tire. Jeff walked me through everything including how my current tires were being phased out. He showed me my options and was clear on price and availability. He never once tried to up-sell me. He also had me drive around to the bay and made sure my spare was switched to the back because it was safer that way. He called and communicated everything with me about my car. It’s the best experience I’ve had at this Big O. I will definitely be back. Everyone was so friendly including Liz, who took my calls multiple times and “New Here” (it’s what his name tag said) when I picked up my car. Otto was so sweet switching my spare, I never felt like an inconvenience! Love this place!

very knoedgble friendly

I arrived on Saturday morning with a flat tire in my company car and needed to get back to work. I was very pleased with the girl( sorry, didn't get her name) that assisted me and she was able to get my car in and the flat fixed quickly and I was back on the road without missing any work. The customer service was amazing and I will certainly use Big O from now on for all my car needs. Thank you so much!

As I approached the counter I was greeted by name. Did he look up my license plate before I got to the counter? The computer indicated which oil I used and the oil change was completed in a half hour. Afterwards the associate reset all the service indicators on the dash. Very much appreciated.

I've been a customer for over 15 years. I've never had any issues with this location. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Gary Doan took care of my needs from start to finish! Answered all my questions and sold me the tires I wanted with no high pressure sales, just facts. Had never purchased tires at Big O before but will definitely go back. Love my Big Foot tires!!!
