First time customer. Quick battery service. Clear explanation of price and services. Quick service even without appointment.

I'm from Denver, and was down in Pueblo doing a site visit for work. On my way to lunch with my associates I ran over a piece of metal in the road. I clean puncture that had the tire flat within minutes. Luckily I had a flat sealant kit that allowed me to limp the vehicle to your location. I called ahead and spoke to Matt Rodriguez on the phone - gave him a heads up that I was coming his way. He welcomed me down without hesitation. Upon arrival both associates were busy helping other customers (a good thing to see! Always good to be busy - and I say this because the "were you greeted at your car is subject to the situation at hand). As soon as Matt freed up, he greeted me. My main concern was getting back on the road and they gave me a realistic time frame (about all you can ask for when you drop in on someone like I did) and I felt like they actually cared. Which is rare these days. Before I knew it a tech came to pull my car in - I took a moment to explain that I had plasti-dipped the wheels assuring him that if mounting/dismounting messed up the finish I was okay with it, but he took extra car to protect the finish on the wheels. Everyone was very kind, the technicians, the young man who performed the actual patch to the gentleman up front. I couldn't have been happier. Thank you.

The first time service was completed (replacement of struts & shocks - about $3000), the same problems & sounds persisted. The repairs during the second time repair visit fixed the problems.
