Big O Tires

I WILL RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS TO DO BUSINESS WITH BIG O TIRES

Just had our tires balenced, rotated and inflated at another company in Salida. Our "light" was still on and front-left tire was low. I filled to 44# at home. Big O in Pueblo, CO, said all four tires had been over-inflated by 10 or more pounds. They told us to follow the recommendation on the door frame instead of the max on the tire wall. They deflated the tires, said their was no leak in front-left and let us go with no charge. Apparently the Salida guy did not know to use vehicle recommendation instead of tire wall max.

Great experience again!: I have been going there for over 9 years and haven't had a problem yet!!

Hi Chad. I know you read these and wanted to let you know the reasons I gave you a couple of "4" ratings. Regarding cleanliness the reason I gave a "4" is because I used the restroom and someone had went #2 and did not flush the toilet. I know it is not your fault that someone is classless and has no manners, but it was still disgusting. I understand your personnel does not have time to check the restrooms every time they are used. I just wanted to let you know the reason why. Regarding quality of service which was a rotate and balance. The car vibrated badly all the way home. I stopped in Walsenburg and looked at the rims and noticed that there was still a lot of mud on the inside of the rear rims. I went to a pressure washing car wash and cleaned the rims off and the car drove much better. I guess I have a few questions. If a customer has mud on their rims how can you accurately balance a tire? Secondly, I know you are not in the car wash business but shouldn't the rims be cleaned before balancing? Thank you, Robert

My first appt scheduled, there was a problem when I arrived. I rescheduled for 2:00 on 5/18/23. At 11:30 on that day I called and asked if I could bring my car at noon instead of 2. They said yes. Darrell apologized several times for the mishap of my first appt. and also gave me a discount on my oil change.

Excellent for tires and oil changes. Take good care of my car and truck.

Had a slow leak in my tire. They found a nail and 75 minutes later I was on my way!
