Great job - I showed up late (about half an hour before closing) just to see if they could make an appointment for the morning, and they just took my truck and did it right then even though they ended up staying past closing. Thanks!

This is a fabulous service! As an older adult on a fixed income, I appreciate that tire rotations are free which prolongs the life of my tires. I'm a Big O Tire customer forever now!!

He quoted me the price for the labor, parts, etc and even arranged for my family and I to be dropped off at our home! Austin dropped us off and both were very polite and helpful. They are always friendly and helpful. They always repair my flat tires and I will always come back to use Big O for my tire purchases. Extremely satisfied even though it took awhile, I understand that they were extremely busy with other customers

Fast friendly and thorough. My daughter was about to start a 800 mile trip so needed a leak checked on the tires first. They checked fluids breaks and tires. Peace of mind is priceless.
