Big O Tires

I had a blowout on the road due to a really bad alignment issue. I was able to bring my vehicle in on the spare. The staff was very helpful and got me back on the road with two new tires and an alignment in under 2 hours. The car is now straight as an arrow and my car's MPG is noticeably improved.

Jeff is always great and helps us out a lot. We are in there very frequently with three cars.

Great service, I was in and out very fast with great communication. I got offered coffee in the lobby waiting with it being very clean inside.

Big O did everything that they could to fix the brake problem on our motorhome but couldn't get it fixed. It was not their fault, it was complicated because of a discontinued item. They let us hook up with electric service so we could remain in coach while they tried to get us going. At the end when they could not fight it out I was refunded 100% of money I paid them. Even though we did not get the motorhome fixed I can't say anything but good about our experience with Big O.

Good experience we will see how long the new tires last but over great job. I worked in the automotive industry for years and I know how long it takes to complete the work. This team did amazing got my jeep back sooner than i was expecting and no additional charges. I have got tires before from other places and have been charged for new valve stems and these are a non replaceable item as they are tps sensors/stem combo. this is the first place that did not try to charge me for this.

Getting an appointment and dropping the vehicle off is always extremely easy at this location. The staff are always very communicative during the entire service process.

Friendly staff and fast professional service

I have been going to Big O Tires in Pueblo for a number of years. It is a company my late husband used for tires and services and I have continued getting my vehicles serviced there. I find them to be very honest and trustworthy.

Good experience i brought in my truck twice for radiator hose and power steering and both times Pat worked on it and i was so impressed with his attitude and knowledge on fixin vehicles that i requested him to work on my jeep for a tune up and that too came out awesome...i would recommend big o and Pat is such a great friendly guy and the staff that makes me want to continue to come back .
