Big O Tires

I had two flats in less than a week. Nails in both rear tires. Got me in right away and fixed both tires.

Got the vehicle in quickly. The type of lug nuts I wanted weren’t available til next. No problem. Alignment went well

I'm very pleased with the service I received. The staff communicated well. The waiting area and restroom were very clean.

There were 3 lug nuts that were over tightened, not done by Big O. The guys used a breaker bar to free 2 of them but then required a torch to heat the lug nut and stud. They were finally able to free the lug nut. This prevented a disaster had I experienced a flat tire on the road as I could not have gotten the tire off. Excellent work and kudos to Brad Bannon and his guys.

Anthony asked thorough questions about the situations we’d be driving in in order to determine the best tires for our needs. He gave us two options and clearly explained the differences and gave us two quotes. When we decided which tires we wanted, they had them delivered and installed the next day.

These guys deserve a raise. They went over and beyond customer service. They were attentive and helped me in my time of need. I had a cut tire and they researched if they had a used one and if that would work until they got a new tire in for me. What a bunch of excellent customer service! You don't see that much any more. Especially, because they were quite busy. I got the tire in two days and it took then no time to put it on and I was off. Like I said, these fellows deserve a raise - or at least a beer!! Thanks fellows!

I bought 4 tires in October. During the winter November or December my tire warning light came on. I called the company and they said it was probably due to cold weather or might be a little low. This continued after getting oil changed a couple of times with air being added. When the tire warning came on without the cold I was concerned and still em about having a faulty tire on my car. I took it in and I believe it was an issue with the seal. I hope my problem is resolved. I can't afford a set of 4 tires again after only having them for 6-7 months.

We brought our jeep in for a patch/plug. The gentlemen my husband spoke with (older & big beard) was extremely honest and open about the options we had. The shop was prompt and were even accommodating when we were over 45 minutes early.
