Big O Tires

Adrian helped me out with my travel trailer tires. Great price for mounting, got me in and out quickly. One thing in particular: I told him what tire pressure I wanted -- when I got home and checked, every tire (4 + spare) were right on the mark.I'm used to getting random numbers between 25 and 40 from the guys down the road.Thanks guys!

The customer service was great, I was clearly communicated all of my options throughout the process. Tim clearly explained the need/reasoning for parts and services as well as the price breakdown. The service I received was great- upon inspection of my tires and brakes everything looked very well done with high quality.

Once again Big O came to my rescue. My "low tire" light came on for the second time in two weeks. I returned to Big O and told them my problem. It was discovered that I had a "bead bleed" It was repaired. Thank you Big O

Anthony was extremely helpful he called to let me know they didn't have the tires I picked online which wasn't a big deal to me he was able to put some different tires that are just as good for less then the tires I picked. I ended put with a flat tire the morning if my appointment that was set for 12 and he was able to service my car pretty much as soon as I got there. Which was a total blessing for me I was in that area for work and staying in a hotel. But they got my car before checkout time. If I lived in that area this would be the only store I would go to for all my car needs. 😊😊😊

I had found out I had a nail in my tire when I called they told me I was able to make it in. Gave me multiple options and solutions. When I arrived they were more the friendly helped me out.

Need better Magazines for longer stays

It was just a great place to get new tires and the wait was very minimal. Seemed like a good group of people working together. Very helpful.
