Big O Tires

Brad Bonner helped me out with dangerous tire wear resulting from bad alignment. The problem was diagnosed, treated, and I was on my way within two or three hours. I'd definitely use this Big O and recommend you folks to my friends and family.

Although I was a "walk in" customer, they took care of my needs in a very timely manner. Friendly, knowledgeable staff

I could not be happier about choosing Big-O in Ft Collins to replace the tires on my travel trailer! Since they would have the wheels off to replace the tires I also requested that they re-pack the wheel bearings. Unfortunately, upon removing the brake drums to access the hubs (to re-pack bearings) they discovered that 3 of the 4 wheels had the brakes and hardware seriously fouled with grease. They discovered that the guys that last re-packed the bearings damaged the seals on removal and then reused instead of replacing them (last September - but about 10K miles). The staff at big-O worked diligently to locate and replace the necessary parts. They went out of their way and did their very best to see that everything was operational so I could proceed on my trip. My special thanks to Manager Billy, and technicians Justin and Bob, They Rock! Especially Bob - who even studied my vehicle controls and adjustments overnight so they could get this done. Thanks so much!!

This location of Big O Tires has consistently gone above and beyond in their services for me and my family. They always communicate the timeline for their service, and are usually quicker than expected.

Great store. Although they do own the Grease Monkey next door, I would not recommend them.
