my Rouge was telling me that I had tire that was low on pressure , technician called to say car was ready ...a nail was the cause ..no charge thank you so much

The gentleman at the North college Big O tires have been taking care of my car for years tires tie rods front end alignments you name it I only go to the North college Big O tires. I'm due for front and back brakes those will be done there within the next couple of months

At first there was a little bit of a confusion with my purchase as there were multiple people involved in the purchase. Once everything was explained- I was given the opportunity to make the decision of what I felt was right for the vehicle moving forward. I really Appreciated everyone who took the time to explain things and went out of their way to find better parts in the end!

Customer service was very good; staff was polite and professional. I wish there was good, fresh coffee, a more comfortable waiting room for the time I had to spend and wait (it was an all day job but I spent much of the day elsewhere, and probably only an hour at the store). At my request, the tech came out from the garage and showed me the damage to the part I was told needed replacing. Good experience overall.
