Big O Tires

I've been going to the Omaha store for awhile and I'll keep going there as long as I can. Matthew is a great G.M he has a great crew of guys working there who all know their stuff. Great customer service. 100%

Used them Saturday. Went for an oil change. They noticed my brakes were bad, they fixed them too...id go back.

Service was great. I got there at 5 pm. and they close at 6 pm. They still had my tires mounted, balanced and out the door by 6:05 pmI gotta say... I always run with Goodyear Wranglers, but decided to go with a different tire this time around due to Goodyears stance on many evolving issues. They ordered in a set of Michelin Defenders at my request and these tires are awesome!!! The absolute quietest tire I have ever had on any vehicle. Thanks for changing my mind Goodyear!!!

1st im a young girl that doesnt no much about vehicles, and iv been done wrong by shops befor . But they were great , very helpful and friendly and didn't try to scam me. I really appreciate there honestly and helpfulness . I totally im recommending this awesome people . Thank you big o tire and now im safe on the road agian!!!!! And matt the manage was awesome!!!!

It is not very often that I take the time to write a review, but after years of excellent service I felt compelled to write a review on Big O Tires (Omaha store). The service I receive is second-to-none compared to the service I received elsewhere. The entire team is always so helpful and the manager Matt always goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I have been a loyal customer to the store on Omaha for over 8 years. I make a point to take any vehicle of mine to this store because of how I am treated and the quality of work. I would highly recommend that you choose this store for all your vehicle maintenance needs.

I have used these outstanding professionals since moving back to the Springs. I came in both times with flats that occurred for different reasons and they quickly inspected it to see if they were repairable before just charging me for new tires. Both times the tires could be patched and repaired saving me hundreds of dollars. The first time I also had a flat was at the end of the day. I called several shops and they told me to bring it in the next day, but this shop said to bring it in right away and they fixed it on the spot. The mechanics are so courteous and the front desk gentlemen are so helpful. I will be returning to this shop for everything while I live here. They repaired a 2018 Honda Accord and 2020 Ram 1500 with ease.
