Your store on Omaha in C/S is unmatched. I live in Black Forest and make the drive to this store for maintenance on my vehicles as well as numerous other vehicles belonging to family members because I know my vehicles are always taken care of and I feel that I am never overcharged or quoted for un-necessary repairs. Matt is a great store manager and representative of this location and the Big O name. I have tried other Big O locations and found this specific location is by far the best.

I purchased Goodyear tires at this location later to discover that they had put the wrong tires on my car (inferior brand and wrong size) When I spoke with the manager, he checked the tires and paperwork and said "we'll make it right". The tires were replaced the next day. I appreciated his making this experience easy to rectify.

On July 21st, my husband an I were travelling west on I 70 when we had a blow out around Burlington, Colorado. We called every tire story in the area, but all were either closed or didn't have the unusual tire size for my Mercedes CLK. We called Big O and they got all four tires in by the time we arrived two hours later. They took care of us immediately and were on our way an hour later. The staff was very helpful and we couldn't have been happier with the results.

I had stop coming here only cause we were using a special offer elsewhere.When I walked in then recognized me right off.Wish I'D stayed w/them thru-out just dropped new engine because of poor service.Full set of tires,came w/aleignment,5k miles rotation,used nitrogen for longer life.Matt checked my fluids which were low topped em off.

I just had my tires rotated and balanced. The job is excellent I drive 180 miles round trip to work and back each day. My car handles great many thanks.

I always come to this Big O shop because no matter how big or small my need is they always treat me great. They answer all my questions and do not try to sell me what I don't need. As a female I am not very knowledgeable about cars but they never make me feel like my questions are dumb. I am greeted with a smile and treated with respect. Good products and great customer service. All my history is in the computer with them, they keep track of what our 3 cars need.

I can always trust that Matt and his team are being honest about the needs of my vehicle. I appreciate how I am treated there and that is why I go back for all of my car needs.

I ordered my tires on Thursday evening and Saturday afternoon I took my truck in to have them replaced and a front end alignment. All was done in a couple of hours. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I need new tires again I will go to Big O!
