Guys were great and very helpful

I've taken my truck to pther places for a TPMS job, and no one could ever figure ot out. Jacob, one of their mechanics properly assessed and troubleshot the problem. The TPMS light finally went away. Thank you Big O tires.

Service was great. I got there at 5 pm. and they close at 6 pm. They still had my tires mounted, balanced and out the door by 6:05 pmI gotta say... I always run with Goodyear Wranglers, but decided to go with a different tire this time around due to Goodyears stance on many evolving issues. They ordered in a set of Michelin Defenders at my request and these tires are awesome!!! The absolute quietest tire I have ever had on any vehicle. Thanks for changing my mind Goodyear!!!

I was on my way to a medical appointment and found my tire going flat (nail in tire wall). I came to Big O and was greeted by Bethany Loftis. I just wanted to say that she provided the best customer service I've ever seen anywhere in any business setting. She was friendly, professional and seemed genuinely interested in my issues and concerns. As I waited, I witnessed her helping customers who walked in and on the phone and coordinate with the service department. She is the best I've ever seen in a customer service environment. Big O needs one of her at every location they have.
