Big O Tires

I bought big O tires in another state but since moving here have had them rotated several times. The staff is always friendly and they have been able to get my car in right away every time.

Chad and his team at the Castle Rock location are great. They do what they can to help everyone at a very busy location and work to get customers in and services performed in a timely manner and clearly communicate the estimated timeframe for completion of the selected services. I have used them for almost 20 years and they simply do a great job and stand behind their work. The front desk Service Advisors take the time to explain things and many of them have been there for numerous years and people don't hang around unless it is a good place to work. Nice to be able to call and speak to someone you know.

My Big O Tires experience today was top notch. My car was done under time and I received a notification when it was done. I will be back.

I have alway purchased my tires from associate, Shawn Weber. He has been very attentive and helpful when I have a need for tires and service on my vehicles. I have been to other tire stores for service on my tires, and I have been disappointed. My thanks to Shawn and his fellow associates at Castle Rock Big O Tires.

Chad, Mike and all of the crew are great people to work with! Their shop opens at 7am, and as I get to work early, I pass by 1Stop, Goodyear and Firestone stores, all closed until 8am. Smart marketing as people who live in Castle Rock and work elsewhere, typically have to be on the road by 7am, so the competition is losing a ton of business. We have dealt with this store for 20yrs and will continue to do so.

I called in to ensure the battery I had selected would fit my car and that it was in stock. The tech that I spoke with, Mike, was very friendly and when I picked up the battery two days later, the tech who checked me out was friendly and helpful as well.

I had both of my cars in for services during this past week. My vehicles each received excellent attention to all the details of each service visit. The Guys who work here (Mike, Chad, Curtis and a few other young men) are beyond exceptional both in their expertise and customer service. I can't imagine taking either of my vehicles anywhere else .

I have a few oak vehicles and 7 kids. We are there often. Andrew and the other gentlemen are always great to deal with. I go there first for any auto needs.

Great team that not only handles my car like it is their own, but generally advises me on matters coming down the pike.......so I can plan. With the savings over a dealer at least at 33%, all I can say is that I really like Big O Tires stores!

I have never had a problem with Big O Tires in Castle Rock. The gentlemen there are always respectful, kind and answer questions. They also always seem to be in a good mood. I have even commented on that as that makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. I appreciate their detail when my car is in for service and calling if there is any issue that may require a response on my part. I do highly recommend them.
