I apparently drove over some kind of tool and it punched right through my tire. I drove over to Big O, which luckily was near by. They quickly pulled off my tire, showed me the damage, and put my spare on for me. Their whole team was very friendly and helpful, and I will definitely go back there for more service.

The staff at Big O Castle Rock have always ben efficient and reliable. They get my vehicle serviced asap. If I need tired, they find them for me if they're not in the shop before I arrive. My care is returned to me like when I took it in.

Mostly I have used maintenance services, but last week had a tire blowout. Replacement, warrantee, and services had me back on the road in 2 hours the day before Thanksgiving.

Very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the service. Oil change, tire rotation and coolant replacement took about one hour, which was 45 minutes less that the promised time.

Service writer Mike Young was excellent, helpful, courteous and pleasant. He also helped me understand the impacts of not running the car frequently after a new alternator had been installed by Big O 9 months ago.
