Big O Tires

Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly. We have been taking all of our cars there for five years and they have always done a great job.

They had the tires in stock. The counter people were pleasant and fast. I’ve done this is my fifth car that I’ve had them work on and they’ve done a great job every time.

Chad, I hope you are the one reading this. A while back I sent our 2015 F350 in to check out the front end suspension. Driver complained it wasn't steering right. I received a call from Big O advising that there was air in my pwr steering system which was causing the issue. BS. Then received another call that related that the splines on the steering shaft were gone and I needed a new steering box. Couldn't buy that since it was fairly new. Took truck to another mechanic. Nut on drag link to box was loose, falling off. Tighten up, worked fine. Mechanic found several worn items in ft end which we replaced but the issue was the loose nut. Should have been obvious to anyone checking steering. Nut was not stripped, hand tightened and then used wrench. I have been doing business with Chad for over 20 years. Always felt I was treated fairly and honestly, but not this time. The people calling me about my problems were not knowledgeable about the subject. I try not to believe this happens to a lot of people at Big O but it did to me this time. The cost to fix was stated as $3500+. and didn't address other loose parts. I had the entire front end rebuilt for $2000. Steering box is fine. I still bought new tires for the same truck from Big O but don't think I'll depend on you for my other needs. I stopped by several times to talk to Chad about this but he was never there when I stopped. If he wants to discuss please give me a call.

I was highly satisfied with my experiences, I have taken my car multiple times to this location and haven’t ever been disappointed. I would 100% bring my car back and refer anyone to this service. The associate that seems to help me multiple times name is Bailey Speights.

Daniel was very helpful and professional. When he discovered that the wheels shipment was missed, he kept me informed of the status and was able to work on the vehicle as soon as I arrived at the store. The other staff are also very polite and helpful as well but I was referred by a friend who has a great customer relationship with Daniel.
