Big O in Castle Rock is the only place I'll take my truck! They treat me with respect & fairness & everyone is very friendly.

They work fast at this location, I'm always happy with it.

The staff at Big O is always helpful and friendly. One of the issues that needed to be fixed had to be addressed by the dealership and Matt told me what to expect. He also explained that there were repairs we needed soon but we could wait a while. At the dealership they listed several things that needed repairs but I trust the team at Big O and will wait until it’s time for them to complete the work.

The guys at BIg O are always great. They only recommend what is necessary and are always so nice.

Matt was our service tech. He was genuinely excited for us as this was my wife’s new car. We own a roofing compnay and have 7 kids so we are in the often. The entire group that work there are among the best.

Went in as soon as they opened and was greeted by all employees and explain to them what I was experiencing and they got me right back within 5 minutes and communicated with me throughout the entire process of me being there they had some hold up some parts they had to wait for and some other things but very clear communication was made and any bumps and the process he came and communicated to me and asked me if everything that we were discussing I understood and he suggested certain things to me that any other person would not have and just the level of care and true honesty was above and beyond for me very pleased with the entire process from start to finish
