I've been coming to Big O in Castle Rock for more than 15 years. Wasn't greeted at my car because I got there 45 minutes before they opened (to be first in line). I love the staff....they are always helpful and friendly. Ok....got to admit...my favorite is Mike. He's been putting up with me for a long time. Love this place!

Nice guys. But I called back after I got home to talk with them about the things listed below. 1. My tires were inflated to 45-47 psi. This is WAY too high. Unsafe. Can't believe a tire shop would do that. The answer I got was that the battery in their pressure tester must have gone bad. But the psi reported on my invoice said the front and back tires were 35 psi, which is clearly not true. This was a BIG miss, and one that I would not normally have even bothered to look at. But since I did (my car TPMS reports this while I'm driving), I found out myself that this was an issue. 2. I was entitled to a $70 discount, that the guys didn't make me aware of or apply to my bill. They credited me with that after I called. You should have told me and done that right up front. 3. There was a $50 Big-O rebate available to me, in addition to the Goodyear rebates. I was not made aware of that. So overall, since you are asking, I'm letting you know.

Went out of their way to get the right tires I wanted instead of what 2 other tire shops were trying to do in moving me onto tires I did not want. Got me in on a busy day and got the job done fast and professionally. I will be bringing you more business.

The low pressure tire indicator kept coming on after I had added pressure twice to the right rear tire. I thought there must be a leak and so took it in to Big O. After checking that tire and finding no leak, they also check the other 3 tires. They did not charge me for this service. Great service and I'll be back when I need new tires.

2 of the 4 tires that were supposed to be in stock weren't, and the shortage wasn't identified until 2 of the tires were mounted wasting time. The option was for me to purchase more expensive tires which I did and after leaving my hood popped open, luckily it was latched and didn't fly open to damage anything or obstruct my vision.

I came in with a screw in my tire so I asked for it to be repaired and to rotate the tires while they were at it. Not only were they able to take it in right away but they repaired my tire for free and got a great deal on the rotation. Fast friendly as always

They would not let me use the essential transportation coupon , said their store is not doing promotion even though I got coupon from their website as a store option in castle rock .

I have been a customer of this store since last June I have been very happy with the service I have received until today. I stopped in because the rear tire on my wife's car was low on air pressure a young man came out to add air I asked him if he had an air pressure gauge he said no I was surprised by this. I asked are you sure because this is the second time the tire has been low in the last 2 months and when I stopped in previously they did not inflate it to the proper air pressure. Not being convinced I went inside and was encountered by a rude individual at the counter who informed they don't use tire gauges because they are not accurate only the gauge attached to the air tool. I explained the previous problem and was told thats all they have. I took this to mean I should go elsewhere with my business. So in the future I will be taking my 4 personal vehicles and the 6 company vehicles I own elsewhere for service and tires.

Chad, I hope you are the one reading this. A while back I sent our 2015 F350 in to check out the front end suspension. Driver complained it wasn't steering right. I received a call from Big O advising that there was air in my pwr steering system which was causing the issue. BS. Then received another call that related that the splines on the steering shaft were gone and I needed a new steering box. Couldn't buy that since it was fairly new. Took truck to another mechanic. Nut on drag link to box was loose, falling off. Tighten up, worked fine. Mechanic found several worn items in ft end which we replaced but the issue was the loose nut. Should have been obvious to anyone checking steering. Nut was not stripped, hand tightened and then used wrench. I have been doing business with Chad for over 20 years. Always felt I was treated fairly and honestly, but not this time. The people calling me about my problems were not knowledgeable about the subject. I try not to believe this happens to a lot of people at Big O but it did to me this time. The cost to fix was stated as $3500+. and didn't address other loose parts. I had the entire front end rebuilt for $2000. Steering box is fine. I still bought new tires for the same truck from Big O but don't think I'll depend on you for my other needs. I stopped by several times to talk to Chad about this but he was never there when I stopped. If he wants to discuss please give me a call.

Store manager told me he would not change out my snow tires witj street tires. Funny I bought 4 sets of tires for my company and personal jeep. Store manage said he is not about making his guys to perform work for free and that is not what his shop is about. Pretty scary response don't you agree

Been buying tires from Chat at Big O since Chad was at the Castle Pines location. Probably bought 8-10 sets of tires from him... ordered a set of $1300 tires for my truck; which came in the next day. Employee called me to say the tires were in; proceeded to tell me it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to put them on. Asked him why it would take so long since I ordered the tires and thought that I would be able to get right in. This dude was so indifferent in saying "ive got 25 people ahead of you" I thought since I had ordered the tires they would get me in right away. Again amazingly "indifferent" ... But no; "all my bays are full"! He doesn't need my business, and I certainly do not feel that I am a valued customer. Too bad for Chad, I think he's a nice guy,,, 1 employee ruining a 15 year customer, so SAD; but then again this is what is happening to Castle Rock!
