I live and work in Castle Rock and I use the Castle Rock Big O for all of our work vehicles and all of my personal vehicles as well. They do good work in a professional manner.

They were awesome. I came in on a Friday morning expecting to be there for at least an hour and I got out in 20 minutes or so. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Sean always does a great reviewing repair issues w me and helping me prioritize. 210,000 miles still going and only serviced at Big O Castle Rock.

I like this store, they are friendly, hardworking, and careful (Mindfull), I am a man of attention to detail, and I could find only one or two small things that would be considered less than top notch, so with the choose your battles in life, if that's all I have to complain about, I'd rather give credit where credit is due, and this group of people deserve to have some credit. This location has been the only honest location I have found. after using many stores around the country they all will tell me I need ball joints this store tells me they are ok. In a 5-7 year span having about 4 different vehicles and other stores saying I needed ball joints but decline the work these vehicles are still today driving good with no tire wear. 4 Years ago after buying a used truck and wanting to have the front end aliened Parker Big O said they wouldn't alien it unless I put in new Ball joints which I declined. and last year (3 years later) Castle Rock aliened it and said ball joints were ok. Thanks guys.

Big O in Castle Rock gave me the best service I have ever received. They were courteous, friendly and especially honest. They didnt price gouge me on parts as the Subaru dealers did and were very honest. I will always go to them for any servicing I need.

As usual, Big O did a great job on the car, but someone had really dirty hands which got on the steering wheel, shift lever, and worse - on the head liner.

It would be 5* but there was a greasy fingerprint left by the driver's side visor which I haven't been able to remove.
