I had taken another one of my vehicles to your store a couple months ago after another tire shop could not address a transmission need. I went to your shop due to its proximity to my home, and although your shop couldn't fix it either, Shawn directed me to a strongly recommended local transmission shop. They fixed the problem promptly and speedily. I later took the same vehicle to Big O for a different corrective service. You team did it effectively and efficiently. Shawn was again very helpful communicating with me. I liked his attitude, speed of service and customer focus and told him he/they had earned all of my car service work moving forward. This last service was my first fulfillment of that promise. There certainly will be more in the months ahead. Thank you.

Rear brake job was done very quickly. I was told it would be about an hour and the work was done in 40 minutes. Good job Castle Rock Big O!

Over the past few months I have used Big O for oil changes and other work to my two vehicles.A water pump, fan clutch, serpentine belt, brakes, oil change and tire rotation.I have gone elsewhere for a second opinion regarding Big O's recommended service and have found their pricing to be dramatically lower (on average) than other shops.Some were comparable in pricing, however, not one of the other shops are close to Big O's workmanship, sense of pride in their products, honor, and integrity.Their customer service and the latter are what bring me back to this shop in Castle Rock time and again.Paul Rose

I called the day before for an appointment and they said first come first served. This was good but I had a flat tire in the morning when I was ready to leave so I first got to Big O at 9:30 so I knew I would have to leave the vehicle. Then I couldn't get back until right at 6:00 pm and I called and they waited a couple of minutes for me to check out, which I appreciated vey much. Mike was very nice about it.

they always get my tire rotation done as I like it. i have always walked in here and received an oil change and all other automotive services requested done in a timely fashion and by auto techs that seem to care about their jobs.
