Big O Tires

I had a tire rotation. Have been buying tires from Big O for over 30 years.

Called for appointment but didn’t need one. Very efficient - hardly got a chapter read in my book!

Got 2 holes and they fixed me up and didnt even charge me! This is why Im a Big O customer for life.

Went in as soon as they opened and was greeted by all employees and explain to them what I was experiencing and they got me right back within 5 minutes and communicated with me throughout the entire process of me being there they had some hold up some parts they had to wait for and some other things but very clear communication was made and any bumps and the process he came and communicated to me and asked me if everything that we were discussing I understood and he suggested certain things to me that any other person would not have and just the level of care and true honesty was above and beyond for me very pleased with the entire process from start to finish

The drop off process is always super fast. They seem to always complete service in a reasonable time. Pick up is quick and easy. Everyones nice and greets you when you walk in. What more can you ask for.

The team is always so friendly and professional. When I explained what I needed, they made suggestions to help me save money. I was unable to find a used wheel on my own so they searched and found one at a better price than from the dealer. I trust them with all of my vehicles and have for years.

I have been using this location since it opened. Every time I go in, the employees are always straight forward and have my needs taken care of. It’s nice to to have a shop that hasn’t been swallowed up by big corporate feel. The small town feel still resides at this location.. Happy Customer
