Big O Tires

I had a flat tire on my car. I took the car to another shop who failed to find a problem with the tire. The next morning, the tire was flat again. I took the car to Big O who found a small piece of metal in the tread. The techs repaired the tire, adjusted the pressure in all the tires, and had me on the road in 20 minutes. Big O technicians have the knowledge and skill needed to find even a small piece of metal in a tire. I recommend Big O for all your tire needs.

My son and I walked in late in the day carrying a flat tire from his car. The guys stayed late to get us a new tire. They always go above and beyond to help.

We have had our vehicles serviced at this location for over 6 years. The team is professional, knowledgeable and very customer focused. They never attempt to sell you a product or service which isn't necessary. We're very satisfied.

I find these guys very prepared and honest.They will handle the issues that they can handle and will defer to better options when they exist.I find they do hard work and have a can do attitude, explain issues and service performed well and are very friendly.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Last week I had a nail taken out of my tire and the staff quickly removed it and got me back on the road and serviced the tire at no charge. They were so friendly and helpful that I wanted to go back and support them by purchasing new tires for my other vehicle from them. They were quick and efficient. I was surprised with a $70 Michelin rebate that I wasn’t aware of when I ordered the tires, so I got a pleasant surprise with my purchase. Shawn and Matthew were great! Thank you!
