I dropped off my vehicle for a thorough inspection prior to turning it over to my teenage driver. The staff was great! They told me what needed to be done immediately and what could wait until just before snow season. They explained in detail what each repair involved so I understood. I always feel welcome and like im an import customer, even a friend when I come to this location. I’ve been coming here for years. Thanks for taking good care of me and my teenagers as they prepare to drive on their own.

Mike went out of way to help us out in our time of need. One of the cars that came for the funeral was returning the next day to minn And he sent a guy on the road to pick up a tire and had it fixed in just a few hours

I have been into Big O several times and the staff is always SO courteous! I trust them! If they can't help me they point me in the right direction. I don't ever feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need.

Great customer service always

My service on 5/4/2017 was my first time using Big O and I have to say the service was A+. I initially spoke with Matt on the 3rd about tires and then brakes. He tried to get the tires I wanted that day but we ended up servicing my Mercedes on the 4th. Daniel greeted me today as Matt was off and they remembered me from the previous day. Mike performed the 4 tire installation and the front brake and rotor replacement. Both these services were completed in about an hour. The service was perfect, the pricing well below the other estimates I received plus a military discount for AD and veterans. I will be coming back for my oil change soon...which was priced lower than my current servicer. I think I'm gonna end up being a customer for life...you all were awesome and I thank you for the great experience.

Big o ordered the sensor for my tire rim and had it there by the time I brought my car in.

I had a very low tire. Driving from Lone Tree to Castle Rock. Stopped at Big O. In less than 10 min. They checked me in, fixed my tire, and said "Have a nice evening." I was flustered because I was going to be late for work. NOPE! Thanks guys at Big O! Always great service!
