Had four new tires installed.The whole process only took about 30 minutes and I also got a great price on the tires.

Professional new their jobs,perform them the maintenance in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Well done today guys. These guys have been so good over the years that I had to leave a comment. I went online to find a way to do that and I found pages of glowing reviews. I know why. This team is fast, down to earth, knowledgeable, very efficient and have always helped my wife and me. When I left today's 4x tire replacement I commented that this was like a "pit stop". So fast. Would recommend to all my neighbors.

Went for oil change, tech noticed that my water pump was leaking and let me know right away, ordered new water pump and took care of this right away. Big O Castle Rock always makes sure my truck is running great, Service and customer care is a high priority at this location. Glenn Norcross

These guys are great! I've been coming to them for over 10 years and they have always provided great service. They are not pushy nor have they ever tried to sell me something that was not needed. Even though I moved to a nearby town, I will continue to come to this location.

Andrew did a super job of getting the car in quickly. The tech then diagnosed the need for new rotors on my front brakes although the pads were fine. Andrew called me immediately with the diagnosis and options. The new rotors, pads, fluid flush and fill was done efficiently and effectively. Andrew called to say it was ready and I picked it up with no wait or concerns. Excellent service by the crew at Big O in Castle Rock. They will continue to get our car service business for our three vehicles (one of which had 4 new tires put on with an oil change the same day as the work above was accomplished.) Both outstanding jobs. Thank you.

I had to take a horse to CSU Veterinarian hospital in Fort Collins for emergency surgery and had a leak in a tire on the trailer. We pulled in at 7 am and Andrew and company helped us right away. 15 minutes later we were on or way to get our horse and we made it on time. That is what I call service!
