I love these guys. They have always been extremely helpful with my various vehicles. This time it was my horse trailer - I went out in the morning to find a flat and decided it was time to replace all the tires. I went to the store fully expecting to be waiting a couple hours (plenty of errands planned, had brought work with me etc). I was in and out in about 30 min. Thanks guys!

Finally, an honest tire and maintenance shop. Fair pricing (if not more then fair). They did a great job putting on new tires, minor alignment repair and strut replacement. Just a great team!

Service writer Shawn was efficient, polite and knowledgeable. Work was done efficiently and I was given the car back in appropriate time.

I was very impressed with the interactions of the employees~ all were very helpful and made the service extremely seamless.

I could tell my battery was running down....the Big O team quickly and efficiently got the battery replaced (and reconnected all the electrical that tied to the battery replacement on my Infiniti) so I was down for less than an hour.

I dropped off my vehicle on Sunday for recommended repairs. I received a call Monday morning with an explanation of repairs and the cost. After authorizing the repairs, I explained that I would not need the vehicle for several days so they could take their time and handle other customers if necessary. They had it finished just after lunch the same day. The service and communication was excellent. The employees of this branch are very professional and friendly. I recommend them to everyone who needs repairs.

I like that it is quick and easy to get your car looked at. Very nice that you don’t have to have an appointment. You can just walk in. Keeps your car and car keys safe. Great communication for when your car is ready and done.
